1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Double You ("the Service"), operated by Beltech Corp Holdings ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Double You is an AI-powered content creation platform that allows users to create digital character representations, generate images, videos, voice content, and scripts, and publish content to third-party social media platforms. The Service uses artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies including but not limited to fal.ai, ElevenLabs, and Anthropic Claude.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Create content depicting real persons without their explicit consent
• Generate deepfakes, revenge content, or non-consensual intimate imagery
• Create content that is illegal, defamatory, threatening, or harassing
• Impersonate another person or entity for fraudulent purposes
• Generate content that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, credit systems, or security measures
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to train competing AI models
• Generate content involving minors in any context

Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Content Ownership and License

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service (photos, voice recordings, writing samples). You grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide the Service.

Generated Content: Content generated by the Service using your inputs belongs to you. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws.

Our Right to Remove: We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy without notice.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by AI may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unintended outputs. You are solely responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing or distributing it. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

8. Third-Party Platforms

When you publish content through the Service to third-party platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn), you are subject to those platforms' terms of service. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms regarding your content or account.

9. Billing and Credits

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BELTECH CORP HOLDINGS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beltech Corp Holdings from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) content you create, upload, or publish through the Service; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

14. Data Processing

We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing. Your uploaded content (photos, voice, writing samples) is processed by third-party AI providers (fal.ai, ElevenLabs, Anthropic) to deliver the Service.

15. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

16. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
